Spa Etiquette

 

ARRIVAL

So you can fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your first scheduled treatment.We ask that you leave your valuables in your room or at home. Rhapsody Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.


RESERVATIONS & CANCELATIONS

If you are not a registered guest of The Westin Nashville, a credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. We require a 4-hour notice to cancel any appointment. Any cancellations made after this period will be charged in full. Rescheduling your appointment may result in an additional $25 fee. Spa packages require 24-hour cancellation notice.


SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services.


FACILITIES

Rhapsody Spa is a luxury spa designed for adults 18 and older. Guests younger than 18 years old may enjoy one of our nail services, however the locker and relaxation areas are not available. Spa robes and sandals are available for you. Professional draping will keep you feeling secure however you are welcome to remain dressed to your comfort level. Our traditional sauna is co-ed shared and we ask that you consider others. You must remain covered at all times either with a swimsuit or towel.


COURTESY

Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing all electronic devices and using your “spa voice” so that everyone may enjoy the tranquil area during their time at the spa. If you must talk on your cell phone, please step out to the main lobby.


ELECTRONICS

We are electronic-free and ask you to disconnect from your personal mobile devices. Lockers are provided for your security. For the privacy and protections of all our spa guests, photography is not allowed in the locker room or relaxation areas when other guests are in the same space.


HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation. For your safety and protection we are unable to provide spa services to anyone that appears to be intoxicated. If you miss your appointment for this reason, standard cancelation policy applies.
